Stress Free Tennis – Outdoor Group Lessons No Refund Policy

At Stress Free Tennis, we are committed to providing high-quality tennis instruction and maintaining a fair and consistent policy for all participants. Please review our No Refund Policy for outdoor group lessons:

1. No Refunds
All registrations for outdoor group lessons are non-refundable. Once payment is made and your spot is reserved, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Missed Classes
If you do not show up for your scheduled outdoor group lesson, the class will be considered missed, and no refund or credit will be provided. Unfortunately, we cannot offer make-up sessions for missed group classes.

3. Policy Applies to Group Lessons Only
This no refund policy is specific to outdoor group lessons. Private or semi-private lesson policies may differ and will be outlined separately.

4. Weather Considerations
In the event of unsafe weather conditions, Stress Free Tennis will determine if a class must be rescheduled. Weather-related decisions will be communicated directly to participants.
